Wyatt Cole is Director of Asset Management at Cleghorn Capital.
Prior to Cleghorn Capital, Mr. Cole was a part of Fannie Mae’s Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development Team, where he was responsible for leading projects and workstreams designed to grow the company’s profitability and reduce risk in preparation for a potential re-IPO out of the government mandated conservatorship.
Prior to his time at Fannie Mae, Mr. Cole worked for American Real Estate Partners (“AREP”) in asset management and fund management, where he was responsible for managing the investment and deployment of over $100M of institutional and family equity across two real estate funds. Prior to AREP, he worked for Envolve, LLC (formerly known as LEDIC Realty Company) in Memphis, TN where he was involved in all facets of the acquisition process and asset management of approximately 12,000 units of workforce housing in nineteen states across the sunbelt. In addition to his deal level experience, he was heavily involved in Envolve’s entity level recapitalization and pre-IPO process.
Mr. Cole holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Memphis, and resides in Arlington, VA.
