With four years of experience managing multifamily assets, Nick supports the firm’s acquisition and asset management teams on both new acquisitions and the firm’s existing portfolio of industrial and multifamily assets. His key responsibilities include building and maintaining forecasting models, assisting in asset management and property financial review, and aiding in the coordination of property-level business plans.
Nick graduated from University of Maryland in 2019 with a degree in Communication.
